Just tried this today -after decades of solar cooking, always something new to learn. I created an "oven" environment by using a turkey roaster.
Bread was placed in the turkey roaster, the turkey roaster was placed in the cooking bag and then placed in the All Season Solar Cooker Camper.
You can see the results. Although the bread was thoroughly cooked, there was moisture on the bottom when it was removed from the loaf pan. I placed the loaf upside down on a cooling rack. The bottom was not sticky, just wet???This was a frozen bread dough and may have had extra moisture. I will try again with a home made loaf.
This experiment worked well and I will try it again with corn bread. But I will use my large cast iron dutch oven to form the "oven" environment.
