February Bread

By popular demand, I was asked to demonstrate bread baking in the Camper. Here are some images of the bread. I used a frozen dough from the supermarket. It worked where most of my homemade attempts have failed. The bread rose more than recomended and collapsed a little as a result. You can see the change in density in the photos. Good bread.
